Senior parent meeting tonight 7:00 in the new high school commons.
In order to streamline the district’s attendance across campuses and align with the state, beginning Monday, September 9, 2024, student absences will no longer be coded “Excused” or “Unexcused”. When a student is not in attendance at school, the student will be reported as “Absent”. We ask for parents to please be patient as we transition to the new coding system. If your child is absent, it may show "Unexcused" until we can get all systems aligned. Thank you!
Tonight's game time has been moved to 6:00 in Abernathy.

Pep Rally at the High School at 3:00 Pre K - 8th-grade students will be released from the high school gym instead of their regular campus
Bobcats kick off at 7:00 tonight against the Hooker Bulldogs
No Middle School Dance, it has been moved to next Friday after the Homecoming game
No School Monday, September 2nd due to the Labor Day holiday

Congratulations to the 2024 Homecoming Queen Candidates Havan Laurent, Rubi Velasco, Kiara Salazar, and Adrienne Vargas. The homecoming queen coronation will take place prior to the football game beginning at 6:30 pm on Friday, September 6th.

Attention Seniors
Bus Routes pick up information for the Dumas and Cactus Routes
Students on all other routes will be contacted directly by the bus driver
There will be staff members set up this evening in the campus libraries for anyone that is needing assistance in registering your student. School starts in 2 days and your student must be registered in order to receive their schedules and to start school.
All offices will be closed Friday, August 9th until 1:00 PM due to staff training.

If your child is in Kindergarten-12th grade and is returning to Sunray ISD for the 2024-2025 school year we must have all forms completed for online registration in your parent portal account before they can start school on August 14th. If you have any questions please call 806-948-2004.
